• 2005.5: Finished the Ph.D. dissertation: "Research on modeling approach and techniques in Agent based computational Economics" (In Chinese).
• 2003: Authored the website: Clustering Intelligence Club (http://www.swarmagents.com) (in Chinese. One page in English: http://www.swarmagents.com/english/index.htm). This site is dedicated to propagating and advocating the Complexity Science in China. It averages 200 hits per day.
• 2002: Published All set and Artificial Intelligence on Engineering Sciences journal which presented unified set theory. The unified set model uses a uniform formula to synthesize the fuzzy set, rough set, vague set, extension set, etc. and contribute to constructing a framework of the macro analysis approach of the complex systems and describing approach of the adaptive cognition.
• 2002: Master thesis: Intelligent Analysis And Data Mining Of Track Geometry Inspection Statistics.
• 2002: Practical research project (in cooperation with China Academy of Railway Sciences): The analysis and intelligent processing of Track Geometry Inspection Statistics.
• 2000: Completed B.A. thesis The Process Approach of Track Geometry Inspection Statistics based on Artificial Neural Network which analyzed the data of Beijing - West railway station.
• 1998: Presented the Human Element model, a new model of extenics (A new subject that is founded by a Chinese scholar: Cai Wen) to describe human characters and thinking. I applied it to intelligent management systems and soft matching systems of employment. I authored the paper Intelligent Management System of Personnel Research Based on Human Element which was indexed by ISTP.
• 1998: As an undergraduate, published seven academic papers focusing on fuzzy theory, system science, and soft science.

• 2005 - Chief engineer in Beijing Peaceful Fleet Corporation. Architect of computer game: Virtual Online World, analyst and designer of the game software system.
• 2004 - Programmer working on electronic shopping mall construction of Netease.com Corporation in Beijing. Used Java, JSP with Oracle database support.
• 2002 - Data analyzer and programmer for the project of data mining in China Academy of Railway Sciences. Used Visual C++, SQL Server and DBMiner.
• 2001 - Software developer and software architecture designer for the design of the electronic map system in Beijing Data Corporation. Used COM techniques combined with data warehouse and GIS.
• 2001 - Website designer and software developer for an online management system and an electronic commercial system for the Beijing Jingwen Entertainment Corporation.
  2000 - Developed an MIS for Beijing Union Company.
